More and more women are choosing organic cotton underwear, and sustainable brand La Coochie knows why: conventional cotton is grown using toxic pesticides and chemicals, uses extreme amounts of water, and is harmful to the farmers who grow it. Lingerie designer and La Coochie founder Caroline wanted to change the way we buy intimates: to ensure sure that the feminine styles that make us feel confident are also comfortable and healthy to wear.
All of La Coochie’s GOTS-certified organic cotton underwear, womens boxers, and bralettes are free of toxins, PFAs, and harsh dyes and produced in ethical factories. They take comfort a step further in the details, with longer designs, a sewn down gusset, high cut legs and styles with elastic-free waistbands. Styles are available in womens sizes 2XS-3XL and are on the more affordable end for organic cotton intimates at $15-20 for undies and $34 for bralettes.
