The process begins with crafting their Wonder Yarn—a fiber made from shredded PET bottles that are heated and back-combed into fine fibers. They stretch and spin the fibers into a soft yarn before coloring it with nontoxic dyes. The yarns are woven into fabrics and hand-loomed by skilled artisans to make rugs, upholstery, and more.

This doesn’t just keep plastic from the landfill—it’s a process that uses 70% less energy and less water than conventional textiles.
